REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products. Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Refund Process:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
